Shipping methods
GENERAL RULES
- We send plants safely packed from Monday to Thursday.
- Order processing time during spring season is 5-7 business days.
- In case of any damages or discrepancies in the received order compared to the offer, please do not hesitate to contact us for complaints.
SHIPPING COST
- You can check the delivery cost for your order by adding selected products to the cart without any obligations. In the summary, the system will calculate the shipping cost, and you can change the quantity of plants or remove them from the cart at any time. This does not require registration.
- For orders paid on delivery, we charge additional fee of +6 PLN added to the shipping cost.
- In order to ensure the best shipping rates for plants, we provide several shipping methods, so that customers can select the most convenient and cheapest one. The prices are as follows:

PERSONAL PICKUP
Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement or by placing an order through the online store with specifying the pickup day.
