Description
Ice N’ Roses® is a new genetic variety of hellebores that is prolific, resilient, and abundantly blooming with intensely colored flowers. The plants bloom from December to April, and some continue blooming until spring.
Botanically, HGC® Ice N’ Roses® ‘Rosetta‘ is classified as Helleborus x iburgensis, which is an interspecific hybrid of several hellebore species.
The species name was given on the occasion of the State Horticultural Exhibition in Bad Iburg, Germany, in 2018.
‘Rosetta‘ is an evergreen perennial that requires a sheltered, semi-shaded location, rich and well-drained soil with a neutral pH.
