Description
Botanically, the variety ‘Snow Dance’® belonging to the Snow Roses series is classified as a hybrid of the species Helleborus x ericsmithii.
Helleborus HGC® ‘Snow Dance’® is one of the hellebores belonging to Helleborus Gold Collection, which was bred by Josef Heuger.
Some varieties begin to bloom as early as November and are cold and snow-resistant. Others start blooming late winter and continue flowering until spring. Hellebores are hardy, easy to care for, perennial plants that should not be missing in any garden. They are also suitable for planting in containers on balconies, terraces, etc.
‘Snow Dance’® blooms with creamy or delicately pink flowers. A distinguishing feature of this variety is its lightly marbled, shiny evergreen leaves.
This evergreen perennial requires a sheltered, semi-shaded location with humus-rich, well-drained soil with a neutral pH.
