Magnolia ’Full Eclipse’ posiada formę małego drzewa, jest to szybko rosnąca odmiana dorasta do wysokości 6-7m o kolumnowym i wyprostowanym pokroju. Jest polecana do większych ogrodów i na tereny zieleni.
W początkowej fazie kwitnienia kielichy kwiatów dość wąskie, później kwiaty są w pełni otwarte są biało-purpurowe ciemniejsze u podstawy w środku białe.
Kwitnie bardzo obficie w kwietniu i maju. Kwiaty duże i pachnące.
