Description
Magnolia cobus 'White Swan' has a woody form and is a strong-growing variety, growing to 6-8 m after 15 years. Japanese magnolia 'White Swan' is extremely frost resistant. Recommended for larger gardens and landscaped areas.
Blooms in late May/early April - blooms profusely. The flowers are made up of 6-9 pure white petals. The flowers emit a faint fragrance and, when opening, reach a diameter of about 15 cm. The cultivar has dark green foliage that turns from yellow to brown in autumn.
