Helleborus × ballardiae HGC 'Camelot' is a unique evergreen perennial belonging to the Snow Roses series in the Helleborus Gold Collection®, bred by Josef Heuger. It delights with its subtle flower colors, elegant habit and high resistance to harsh winter conditions. It will be perfect both in flowerbeds and in container cultivation on terraces or balconies.
🌸 Flower colour:
- Flowers have creamy white, delicately pink shade, which turns to a subtle copper color over time.
- The flower buds are pink, and when developed, the petals turn creamy pink, often with a slightly pinkish edge.
- The central cone is formed by bright yellow stamens, contrasting with pastel petals and adding lightness to the flowers.
- The color of the flowers lasts a very long time - flowering lasts from December to March, and the blooms gain a decorative copper tone.
🌼 Flower structure:
- The flowers are single, wide-open, bowl-shaped, typical of hellebores.
- The flakes are rounded, slightly turned outwards, arranged symmetrically around the center.
- The diameter of the flowers is about 6-8 cm, making them highly visible and very decorative.
- The flowering period is in winter and early spring - From December to March, sometimes even longer.
- The flowers are perfect as cut flowers for winter and spring bouquets.
