Magnolia x loebneri ’Donna’ to odmiana wyselekcjonowana przez H. Heinemana w Massachusetts i nazwana imieniem żony hodowcy.
Magnolia x loebneri ’Donna’ to jedna z najlepszych odmian należących do magnolii Loebnera. Jest to niewielki krzew o bardzo licznych białych, gwiaździstych szeroko otwartych kwiatach o średnicy dochodzącej do 20 cm. Kwitnie na przełomie kwietnia i maja. Nadaje się do każdego rodzaju ogrodów – także małych. Można ją uprawiać przez wiele lat w dużych pojemnikach. Jest bardzo wytrzymała na mróz.
Magnolia requires a humus, permeable, slightly acidic soil and a shady, sunny position.
